Cancellation by Us

  1. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
  2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  3. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
  4. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 7 days.
  5. Under following rare situations, Hiara team can raise an order cancellation request:
    • Product is out of stock due to high demand
    • Product is not worth shipping;
    • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount;
    • Incorrect pricing or description of the product;
    • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address;
    • Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners;
    • If it is a Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.; We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is canceled due to any of the above reasons.
    • Any other reason, which is beyond the control of the product Seller

                Cancellations by the User

                1. In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.
                2. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
                3. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 48 hours of making the order on the Site.
                4. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 48 hours from making the order.
                5. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
                6. Note - Hiara do not offer the 'Open Delivery' open to our customers. Hence any cancellation due to Open delivery request by the customer, will not be considered as fair cancellation. In case of cancellation due to Open Delivery reason, A total of INR 200 will be deducted from the amount as shipping & handling charges. Rest amount will be the refunded back in 48 business hours post cancel confirmation from our delivery partners

                 

                Order Cancellation Process:

                1. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at concern@hiarajewels.com with your order number within 48 hours
                2. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact a Customer Service representative at concern@hiarajewels.com
                3. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 48 business hours provided that order has not been shipped or within 4-5 days from the receipt of the product, in case the product has already been shipped.
                4. Prepaid Order: Cancelling the order post dispatch may not be feasible for us. Still if customer want to cancel the order, an e-mail confirmation will be required from the registered e-mail address. A total of INR 200 will be deducted from the amount as shipping & handling charges. Rest amount will be the refunded back in 48 business hours post cancel confirmation from our delivery partners
