Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant. Store away after use in box. Prevent entangling of chains to avoid breakage and scratching. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth as required.
We offer a 7-day return policy on our products , for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with the items you have received, please write to us at email@example.com and we are happy to help!
Please note that the items must be returned in their original packing and should not have been used. HIARA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Only MRP priced items may be fully refunded, unfortunately sale items / offers items can be refunded, returned or exchanged, but 200 INR individual product will be deducted as a shipping charges. Please note, we offer 7-day return/refunds for the items purchased at full price only.
Customised Orders are non refundable.
How do I return your product?
Sorry to hear that you would like to return the product. To return the product, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you would like to return the product, along with the product images, and we will arrange a reverse pick up for you. Reverse picks up take about 72-96 hrs. and once it is done, we will initiate your refund. Please note that it may take 8-10 working days to complete the entire refund process (Starting from picking up the product from the customer's doorstep till refunding amount back to your account).
Note - Hiara do not offer the 'Open Delivery' to our customers. Hence any cancellation due to Open delivery request by the customer, will not be considered as fair cancellation. In case of cancellation due to Open Delivery reason, A total of INR 200 will be deducted from the amount as shipping & handling charges. Rest amount will be the refunded back in 48 business hours post cancel confirmation from our delivery partners
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and it will be picked by our delivery partners from your doorstep.

- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at email@example.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
- Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images and videos you have shared; your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 4-7 business days (Not including Sunday).
- A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, an additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again
- COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do an online refund via NEFT within 5 business days post receiving the product. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issued and can be used to shop for any item on the Hiarajewels.com. PLEASE NOTE: that while Store Credit can be used partially, your coupon code must be used all at once.
- Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
- Prepaid Order: Cancelling the order post-dispatch may not be feasible for us. Still if customer want to cancel the order, an e-mail confirmation will be required from the registered e-mail address. A total of INR 100 will be deducted from the amount as transit & handling charges. Rest amount will be the refunded back in 48 business hours post cancel confirmation from our delivery partners
- Please allow at least 8-10 business days for the entire return process to be completed.
What can I return?
- You may request a return for an item listed as returnable on the product listing page within the stipulated return window.

Can I replace an item?
- If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available in stock.
- In case the same item is not available in stock, we will initiate the refund.
- The replacement / exchange request can be raised from our website
What are the return guidelines?
- The item you wish to return must be eligible for return;
- If a return is not eligible for reverse to pick up, a self-ship option will be given* (customers can claim a refund of up to Rs 100 against reverse shipping charges);
- Once a return is received, in accordance with Return Policy, you will be issued a refund to your original mode of payment;
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be processed to your bank account either via NEFT or UPI.
When will I get my refund?
- Refund is processed once the returned item/s is received by Hiara
- Timeline for the refund to be processed in 8-10 business days from the date of receipt of the product by Seller.
What are the guidelines to accept shipments?
- Before accepting the shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.
- In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will assure you refund upon such refused delivery, provided the order is prepaid.
